After all the Balikbayan Box festivities, it was time to settle in and get comfortable.

Jennifer's uncle Arthem had built a nipa hut in the front yard of her mom's new place. After a quick test, I decided I probably would NOT be sleeping in the hammock out there. Something about that tiny little string on each end, and my 200+ lbs, just didn't seem like a fit!

Rick and Pastora Vic Vic chat for a while until the hut is taken over again by the young 'uns.

I don't even remember who started it, but soon we were all sitting around trying on Jennifer's earrings! Yes, me too... My we are easily entertained, hehehe.

Meanwhile, Rick and nanay continued to receive guests at the main house.
