| This is a copy of the 2nd Notice of Action from the INS Texas Service Center. This is the one applicants agonize over until the day they receive it in their mailbox. It tells you that your petition has been approved by the Service Center, and has been forwarded to the next place on the list of places that will have to handle your petition before your fiancée can actually go to the embassy and interview for her visa. This is actually the first relly big milestone in the whole immigrations process. | ||
