The week was not all about eating and dancing and manicures. When we were in Waco for Daddy's funeral last year in January, Mernie taught Jennifer to play Skip-Bo. And they returned to the table again during this visit for some spirited games.

Everything was smiles and laughs for the players at the big card game.

The way they set it up for this tournament, there were two teams of three in the game. So Jennifer, Mernie and Cathy were playing against Mom, Bill and Kristi.

That seems fair enough, eh?
