I walked down the street and thought to myself, "we are 100 miles from the worst
of it... so this kind of stuff is strewn from here to their and beyond! What a
job this cleanup is going to be." |

I stood at the edge of this playground, though, and realized that even with all
the foliage stripped from the trees and lying on the ground, the resilience of
nature would have this whole area lush with greenery once again in practically
no time at all. |
