Before Yaleana came to bring her own special brand of joy into our lives,
another young lady by the name of Frances decided to pay us a visit! This was
"Information Central" for me as Jennifer and I prepared for, and then held
on through, our very first hurricane together! |

|
As you can see from this, and the first picture above, my biggest concern was
that our windows and glass door could be broken out and rainwater might blow
through the apartment and ruin anything electrical or electronic. |

Remembering my "tornado education" from back in Texas, I loaded all our most
important possessions in to the smallest room in the middle of the building. |

Even the photo collection found a special place in the "safe room", hehe. |

|

|
|
Suddenly our bathroom was starting to look a whole lot like the storage unit we
rent to house all our "other stuff" that we just don't have any room for in the
apartment! |
