On the day after our
carnival experience, Jennifer and I had our first grilled tilapia fish
since her arrival. I was reminded of our trip to Astorga to visit
her grandmother in June of 2002. By the way, not all our fish
comes dried and sealed in cellophane.
The grill is not the
same, and the charcoal isn't coconut shells, but the chef is just as
talented as her uncle in Astorga.
And she entertains
while the fish is on the grill.
